7 card stud, hold e'm, Omaha, pineapple, low-ball, horse, eights or better, 3 card poker, 5 card draw, and so on. the rules are very different for each game, there are many Internet web-sites that give rules of how each games is dealt and played.

texas hold em, and watch ESPN they show the world tournament all the time, mostly on the weekends, and they always explain how to play
