how can i wear breifs, and how will i get them without my mum knowin, then where will i put them when i dont wear them, then how will i wash and dry them?

Why would you want to wear briefs instead of boxers? I did the exact opposite. Just wait til a girl you like sees you're wearing whitie-tighties, then you'll wanna switch back. I don't see the point in making all the effort to switching to the lesser of the two.

How is she making you wear boxers? If you want to wear briefs then just tell her. Next time you are out shopping for underwear just pick up some briefs instead of boxers and see what she says. If she still refuses to let you wear briefs then just go buy some yourself (or have a friend buy them for you) and just wear them and store them in your underwear drawer. Learn to do your own laundry, you'll have to at college anyway so you might as well start learning now. But seriously, you should see if your mom really cares that much, because she shouldn't. And if she does find out why. Good luck.

It will probably be best if you talk to your mum and try to get her round to your way of thinking. I know you have probably already tried to do this, but if you start to wear them without her knowing it could cause you real trouble if she does find out. By talking to her you are showing her that can act in a mature and sensible way, and therefore have reached an age were you can make you own decisions about what you wear.

Calum you need to sit down with your mum and tell her how you feel. I can not see why she would object if she does ask your gran to buy you some for christmas or use money you are given to buy some.
Plent of issues can be solved with a few quite words set your mum straight tell her your 13 your a good kid hopefully she will she the point

My husband wear briefs as, being well endowed, he feels they offer more support. You could try this sort of tactic on your Mum - after all, it's not for her to decide what you do with your tackle! If you play sport it's even more of a reason to make sure you are well supported.

And believe me, you don't WANT TO WEAR BRIEFS! Girls do NOT LIKE briefs. We like boxers. Briefs seem kind of metro to me.

First, at 13 is it possible that you want briefs so they keep an unwanted erection hidden!? They don't.
Second, keeping your equipment in a tight, hotter enclosure is not as healthy for them.
The best compromise would be boxer briefs. They are tighter than boxers, still leave you room for ventilation, and they are COOL.

Buy some with you pocket money. When she sees them in the wash tell her they are much more comfortable, she cant force you to wear boxers.

why don't you just talk to your dad and say you want to wear briefs and can he purchase them for you since mom is not wanting to buy you some? Also, ask your mom why she's so against them?
