I mean simple questions like moving libraries from one computer to another or importing files from a folder other than iTunes.

There also seems to be A LOT of questions pertaining to OS failures and data loss as in "I turn on my iPod and all I get is a big exclamation point! HELP!" or "I turned on my iPod and all my songs are gone! Where did they go!?"

There also seems to be A LOT of questions pertaining to battery failure and a lack of customer support. I've read answers to questions about support that warns that if you send your iPod in to be serviced it will come back wiped clean and you'll have to (I read this a lot) "buy all of your music over again".

Are they really that great?
Why do people continue to buy into this?
Is iPod the Bose of MP3 players or is Bose the iPod of speaker manufacturers?

If the iPod is so easy to use, why would so many need to ask questions about it?

It's a simple statistic:
If 9/10 MP3 players out there are iPods, then 9/10 questions about MP3 players will be about iPods.

iPods are easier to use, then your regular ,p3 player and have far more space, i guess they are the Bose of mp3 players... Or the Cadillac or somthing.
I shouldn't be talking because i just got my iPod and have been asking a few questions.
