When you www.google.com and type in failure the first thing that it shows is George W. Bush! Does google really consider George Bush to be a failure? Im serious I realize many people do not care for George W but to actually have google consider him a failure? whats your thoughts on why google has him listed that way?

Actually some sites put up a thing where they will be first...so even if the site has nothing to do with 'failure', then it will be first. Of course Bush is a failure, so the site was obviously either against Bush or making a joke. Or sometimes people can mess with google and put different sites at the top of the list. For example, someone could put Bush's officialsite at the top when you type in failure.

If G.W. is first then Google itself should be second.

George Bush is not a failure to the people who got him into office or the American public that feel they elected him into office. His hidden agenda has been successfully implamented.

Google however has failed or refused to recognize the failure of the SYSTEM to hold those accountable who truly participated in one way or another.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

I am the Fringe and I fail to (once in a while).

Google organizes data in a few ways. First, it finds the most appropriate information for your query. It then adds paid advertisements to the top of the list (this includes the first pages of responses for most items, not just the obvious "featured links" and ad-bars) and then following that will return the most popular pages with that query. I can only imagine no advertiser wanted their product linked with the query "failure" and so it pops right to the most popular page with the word failure...

It's a little thing called GOOGLEBOMBING. Regoogle failure. Right above the results will be a heading "Why these results". This will explain it all. It actually has nothing to do with the google admin. It's everyone else that surfs the web.

It is the way it works by the first hit being the articles read the most. The liberal press always puts these words together hence making it have a lot of hits. Google does not list it that way really, his detractors ie dems do.
Answerer Eagle is right.
