I'd give Him a hug for my two healthy children.
Then I'd give Him a bottle of Pindar Raspberry Blush as my thanks (because italians never go anywhere empty-handed) so that he could enjoy a nice bottle of wine a sunny day overlooking the universe.
Then i'd give him my apologies for not thinking of anything more original to give Him.
While He may refuse my apology, i'd still apologize, and tell Him, "Hey, what do you give to the Guy who made everything?"
As a favor, I'd also give him a note and a picture of myself, my wife and my kids to give to my grandmother, just so that she'd know we were all ok.
Then i'd give him a smile and a handshake, and tell Him to keep me in his prayers.
Very interseting question.

I will give God my body.
My soul will go to him eventually when I die.
The spirit in me is the one He (God) breathed into me. It is His.
But my body, yes, my body, He took out of the dust and I am supposed to return it to the dust when I die.
So to ensure that God has all of me, I will give God my body so it (by body) does not return to the dust.
