"EEK! The Muslims want to take us over!" -- Would that be so bad?

Conservatives have awakened to the threat of militant Islam. What's more, in a dispute over tactics, thjey furiously accuse Liberals of not recognizing the threat, of wanting to surrender to it, and even of approving of radical extremists.
Setting aside the absurdity of these accusations, which has them putting more effort into fighting Liberals than Jihadists, I wonder: Should Muslim domination be anything conservatives should fear?
For a long time, conservatives have seethed about the decline in morals in America, mostly sexual. Muslim rule would restore the moral strictures that they crave: the Sexual Revolution would be rolled back, sexual sin would be punished, women would be modestly attired. Muslims and conservative Christians are kindred souls! So why wouldn't they accept Muslim help to purge a decadently free America?

Hey-- I wasn't ADVOCATING a Muslim takeover! I am pointing out that American conservatives have a lot in common with Muslims, and it is they-- not Liberals who are accused of being "soft on Terrorism"-- who might like what Muslim rule would brign in terms of sexual repression. Get a clue pal! If Bin Laden (or any other Muslim extremist) were stading next to you or any other liberal, conservative, independent whatever, they would not hesitate to chop off your head. I am sure we should be trying to negotiate with them through that very effective UN. But better yet you go over there and either pick up a weapon or walk up to them with your white flag and negotiate with them.

I as a conservative find your argument flawed

Freedom of choice , Freedom of religion would be memories and personally I would rather die on my feet than be forced to live on my knee's .

Even suggesting conservatives in America might gain something in what accounts to appeasement is revolting .

Liberals and Conservatives have argued over which is the best way to run American, I would hope all would agree that the worst way would be a Taliban style theocracy .

It would be the day Satan or daemons taking control. The dark forces of Islam and such a religion with people in medieval mindset would soon destroy themselves. See examples countries like Somalia [ruled by Sharia law now].

Christian religion would be abolished if the Muslisms took over, they hate the christians as much as the jewish religion, you need to look at their holy book, Besides America was founded on ideals of freedom of expression, yes we are decadent and somethings need to be stopped but look at other countries also, the law part yes we could do with that, especially the punishment of criminals but i think how americans value their freedom this would never happen and hopefully it will never in my lifetime.
