Your ovary produces the eggs it doesn't go anywhere. Can you feel the fertilized egg (embryo) implanting in your uterus? Some people claim they can. It probably just depends on the person.

If you feel your ovary implanting in your uterus you are in trouble. The ovaries (you have 2) are what store your eggs. They are just off the ends of the Fallopian tubes on either side of your uterus. They are there all the time, unless removed surgically.
If you are referring to whether you can feel the fertilized egg implant in your uterus at the beginning of a pregnancy, the answer is no. You may experience some mild cramping and some breakthrough bleeding, but "feel" the implantation, no. The embryo, or zygote, is only a few cells at the time of implantation.

Your ovary is the organ that produces and released eggs into yoru fallopian tubes to be fertilized by sperm and then implanted into your uterine wall. You have a pair of them, one on each side of your uterus.
ovum is the technical term for the egg.
Some women have slight cramping and even spotting when the egg or ovum, implants in their uterus. But not every woman.

You really are misinformed, aren't you? Ovaries don't implant. They don't move at all. It's the fertilized egg that travels down the fallopian tube and eventually implants in the uterus. And no, it cannot be felt when that happens.

Your ovary does not implant the egg does. Some people have light spotting and cramping.

Your ovary doesn't implant in your uterus. If you are referring to the egg, then no, you wouldn't feel that. It is too microscopic.
