What did you think of the VMA's?

Question

In My opinion it was pretty boring. There was nothing big about it, no suprises like they do every year. I was left with the " that's it ? " dissapoitment at the end. The fashion was pretty bad too (especially J.Lo, looked like a cancer patient. I'm saying that with no offence meant). The only thing i liked was Shakira's, and Christina's preformance and this band .. I think it was The Killers. Jack black was corny too. Anyways thats my opinion, what do you guys think ?

I agree with all of you.
I did love the performances of Beyonce and The Killers though.
On the other hand- Jack Black was just a terrible host. Since he is funny in his movies, I expected him to do a good job hosting the show but all he did was scream around and he didn't make any funny remarks. They should have hired the guy who did the Academy Awards this year instead.
J-lo did look like a clown and the show dragged on way past my bedtime :-)

it was boring, I'll never watch another VMA award. There's just no point to it any more. The fashion was a let down (ex. J-lo, what was that about?), the performances weren't all that (I expected a lil more from Beyonce). Jack Black, who I thought was going to be funny, was not entertaining at all....

I'll never get back those three hours I wasted watching that crappy show again!

I AGREE. I was so bored even during some performances that I was channel hopping. I loved Panic.at the disco. Christina looked pretty, but you were right about JLO.

i knew jack black would suck, i am not a jack black fan. I wanted to hate justin timberlakes performance but he was pretty awesome. They should have gotten someone like dave chapelle to host.
