I'd say racket sports, though weight training is more specific, and offers a really intense method of achieving better fitness and obviously becoming stronger, but racket sports offer a whole lot more fun and can help in small degrees with every muscle group, and not forgetting racket sports can be played in the open a lot easier and practically anywhere with a little improvisation :-P

I would have to go with weight training because I enjoy working out and getting toned faster. The more muscle you have in your body the leaner you will be. That is what I'm trying to achieve since I have put on a couple of pounds. I don't really play any racket sports so I don't know much about it.

I would say racket sports because I'm more of the sports person than weight training. Sports allow you to be more active and use more muscles than weight training.

weight training because it works the entire body
but, if you enjoy racket sports more and are therefore more likely to exercise that way then--racket sports wins
They are both a lot better than nothing at all
