If you are trying to conceive make sure you stop drinking/ smoking if you do any of that. Get yourself on a healthy diet and go to your doctor to get on prenatal vitamins. (You should start taking them as soon as you are planning on conceiving). Maybe start a light exercise regimine. Otherwise, talk to your doctor or like others have suggested, get some good reading materials. Good Luck!

The best thing is to read a good book and listen to your doctor. You can start by avoiding too much red meat, especially your husband. It does not help sperm count. Also do some light exercise, and of course sleep together. Once heard of a couple who was trying to make a baby for years but they slept in different rooms.

Eat healthy meals and avoid taking all those drugs that are said to be bad for pregnant women. Best of luck.

First thing is to learn how to spell. If the statement is an indication of the way you express yourself, then reproducing isn't a good idea.

i would go see a doctor about that, i don't think there is really anything specific to eat to help conceive, just be healthy, keep track of when you ovulate
