we are bith in college, and we are in the same math class together. the teacher puts us in groups for the whole semister, and we have to do group projects. She gave us a number 1-5 and she and I were both 5's. We have like 7 people in our group. I know it's weird for a college class but the grades are based on group activities. Well we talk after class about the group projects and stuff. I found out that she had a b/f cause she was talking and was like "I have been dating this loser for 4 1/2 years" She made a face like its been a long time, so I might as well still date him or something like that. I don't know women well lol. We still talk like friends and we all shared e-mails, but I feel like its possiable she may like me, but is not clueing me in cause she has a b/f. I really haven't done anything with her since I have known her for 2 weeks. Any suggestions? I'm lost.

From what you have described she is interested in getting to know you on a different level then where your association is currently. My suggestion to be honest is to take it slow she is hanging on to the bf because she is afraid to let go of the familier or worse she could be afraid to discuss with you the fact that you give her the attention she craves or needs to be comming from her bf. Please also consider that the friend card is a safe card but let her know early on that you think she is the world and if she flirts then flirt back if she gets weird about it then you know for sure she is just a friendly person and if she leans in closer to you know what to do. Good Luck

The balls in her court if she has a Boyfriend already. It's up to her to make a move and either dump the B/F and start dating you or stay with her B/F. Either way you can't do anythign about it unless you want her to cheat on her B/F?? Just chill maybe she is in the deciding mode..... And for heavens sake don't look needy! that will make her run from you.

If she's dating, she isn't married... so it's ok for you to ask her out. Worst that can happen is she says "no"

Why not make it informal. Ask her out for coffee & the two of you can go over classwork together?
