Well, a lot of controversial people end up in plane crashes...
Other than that, the best way to do it would be something like making it appear to be a random act of violent crime, just shoot them in the street and take the wallet, then get rid of the wallet. simple seems to work best.

If you have diminished capacity, then you are able to literally get away with murder, but it must be proven that you couldn't help yourself...it's beyond mental capacity...mental illnesses too. Say for instance if a 35 year old with the mind of a 5 year old, saw something violent on television, he/she emulates what they see or saw on someone else, like doing a wrestling move on a child and as a result the child dies...this 35 year old would not be held responsible and can't be held responsible due to diminished capacity.

There is not any possible way to be totally unpunished of a murder, from the same fact that there is not anything that erase your conscience for things you do; and there's no sever punishment than to be prisoner of own regret that any jail of this world. Guess why some killers commit suicide?
