yeah me too. Sad to say, watching their show was a guilty pleasure for me. I really liked them as a couple and often fantasized of having Jessica as my wife. Well at least now I have a 1% chance of being with Jessica Simpson now that they are divorced. I think she had a very good upbringing and I admire her for saving her virginity till after marriage. Too bad their marriage didn't last though. I also think that she used to be a really good girl but kinda changed when she became famous. I've heard that she cheated on Nick with Bam Margera and Johnny Knoxville (I don't know if it's true but it definitely strained her relationship with Nick). I think Jessica is the one who wanted the divorce in order to live the celebrity life (you can tell with her song "Public Affair") while Nick was the one who wanted their marriage to last (you also can tell with his song, "What's left of me"). Anyway, it is not a loss for Nick because he has a new main squeeze mtv vj Vanessa who is also a hottie. Lucky Bastard!

I thinks she is not the same girl prior to her huge boost in the fame wars. It's easy to point fingers, but we have to remember that the big smiles and laughs and cuteness of the show she wan Nick we on, was just a show. Reality??? Nope not even close! You also have to think about Daddy Joe and the control he has in her life. She was quite young and while I think the super skank she has turned into since she left Nick makes me want to puke, she has to get a little slack for the age and the scrutiny she lived under during the first year of marriage. The first year of marriage is a huge change, but I can't even imagine having it all played out on TV or being pushed into doing things that are more entertaining or ratings grabbers. I mean come on, they may be celebrities, but it's quite clear a lot of the stuff was story line based!

I think it was alot more of Nick than Jessica. Nick likes his women and he can get anyone he wants. He has proved that during this post marriage. Now Jessica has been raised up differently, she has a christian background and her parents are still together as well. I don't think she would be quick about getting a divorce. The fact that her and John Mayer know are seeing each other is the mind blower! I see that lasting 90 days at the most.

National Enquirer and other rag papers finally got their wish ... It seems that the news media can't stand happy lives of any celebrities. So they make up crap to the point where Jessica and Nick do divorce.
They would been a great couple.. They would have had cute looking childern.

I used to like Jessica back when her and Nick were married. But now she has turned into a stuck-up, rich, b*tch. I'm sorry to say that. She is a horrible actress and her singing is ok. Can you believe she made about $30 million last year? That is crazy. I have met Nick and he is a really sweet guy.

I dont think that she is a good girl but then again she's not a teenager shes a grown *** woman. If she and Nick thought that their marriage wasn't going to work then it was a good thing for them to get a divorce. I think we need to move on with them because they both have moved on to other people. Nick is with Vanessa and it seems their relationship is serious and Jessica is with that dude named John Mayer or somthing like that. Ya know it is Hollywood!!!

I think it was Jessica's fault that she and Nick divorced. Though there were rumors about Nick cheating it seems to me that Jessica would be more likely to cheat. I really don't know but Nick might have recorded his new album for attention and sympathy to get new fans.

I used to love both of them, now Jessica kind of annoys me. Nick has said in interviews that the reason for the divorce was basically because he wanted kids and she wanted to focus more on her career. Yes, both partners should be in agreement to have kids. And yes, she is entitled to her career. However, I think it's ridiculous that this wasn't discussed before they got married (I think it was and she backed out) and it just goes to show how little the people in Hollywood think of marriage.
Just look at each of their first singles from their new albums.
Nick sings about how destroyed he is. Jessica talks about going out and having fun. Now who do you think gave up on the marriage first?

She's a completely nutcase. I thinkhe's a nice down to earth guy and she's got a bit above herself.
She's an single cell organism so he was bound to get rid of her at some point.
