I have a Eurail pass for Austria, Germany, France & Benelux. At one point I will be traveling to Dresden via Prague. Then from Dresden to Brussels then to Amsterdam. I'll be staying a couple days in each place. Even tho I have that pass I still have to pay extra for seat or sleeper reservations. It's easy to look up online the train schedules. You can even buy your tix online. I'm hosting my parents on these train travels. I wonder if the Eurail pass is really a deal or if I'm getting ripped off.
