this pain in my stomach won't go away, I assume this is punishment for all mistakes I made.

Why would you possibly think that a pain in your stomach is retribution for mistakes you made? Maybe the mistakes have to do with your diet or alcohol? If so, improve your diet and stop drinking, at least for a while. Go to a gastroenterologist (stomach Dr.) and get a physical exam.

NOOOOOO!!!!!!! that's not true at all it's because you are punishing yourself for some of the dumb things that you have done and now there is this beast called reflecting on what I should have not done when I done it.. Just quit beating yourself up and let it go and get on with the more possitive things in your life and you'll want even notice that the pain has stopped.

yeah, i have a lot of things happen to me that i consider punishment, cause i've done alot of bad stuff in my lifetime. just try to straighten up or if you can't do that just drink alot of beer to make the pain go away....lol, that works for me!!!!
