flowers can be found at any Xoomer petrol station, and at graveyards (Like the one in the ghost town where you kill Officer Pulaski). walk up to your girlfriend(It's difficult since they often start turning and you can't face them squarely.) A box will appear telling you which button to press (tap it quickly before they turn).

flowers can be found at most gas stations and some other places around san Andreas. To give them to your girlfriend when you have the flowers scroll through your weapons until you come to the flowers, go close to your girlfriend. You will get an option in the top left of your screen to give the flowers to your girlfriend
