I watched it. Really thought provoking, and a really enjoyable programme. I think Ricky needs to take account of small people though, if everything was changed to meet the demands of fat people, small people would fall straight through/off/you know what I mean. More does need to be done to accommodate fat people though: the fact that he has to choose restaurants carefully is ridiculous!
Oh, and sorry, I don't know where the nightclub was.

I watched it!! Not sure where the hotel was though. Just wanted to say that I stayed up late to watch the end as I really enjoyed it. It was an eye opener and the main man was brilliant, I thought!!

I gave it 10 mins and turned over to find somethingelselessannoyinginstead.
I think its appalling to legitimise obesity when its caused by low will power and looking to blame other for your own short comings. Don't get me wrong, there are many valid medical reasons for weight gain - but BONE IDLENESS is not one of them. Your diets don't work cos you don't stick to them. Change your life style long term. A quick fix diet will do nobody any good.
The short answer for most fat people is more around more and put less in your mouth.
