Yes I did once ... what a blunder !! I've also sent emails to the right person, but I hadn't finished what I was saying which can be worse. With email you really have to check before you hit the send button !!

I called the wrong person once. I have two Natasha's in my cell phone and I was planning my wedding last summer, so I meant to call one of the Natasha's to let her know I had set the wedding date cause she was going to be a bridesmaid. Well, I called the wrong one, who wasn't invited to my wedding anyway cause she had moved far away and we weren't really that close. Well, I was going on and on about wedding stuff before I realized the mistake I made. I never said anything, but she had to be wondering why I was telling her all that stuff.

Not exactly, but my friend once sent it to the World Wide distribution of our offices, so instead of going to 200 people, the message reached to 15000 ppl, that was some big incident and was talked about for a while.

No, I haven't. The worst I may have done is send an email to an address that doesn't exist, and even that I'm not sure of.

Ohhh yea once I was writing this mail to boyfriend at the time…and I actually sent it to my mum…and I’m so glad she just laughed it off…cause it was so terribly embarrassing..!! :P
