Honey, my back hurts all the time. And my nipples get sore.....darn hubby! But I am not pregnant. But if you feel that you may be, go get a pregnancy test. Sometimes, hormones can cause your breasts to feel sore. And maybe your back hurting is attributed to how you sleep....dammit, I need a new bed. Seriously, if you feel you are, then go find out! Not necessarily. Could be a possibility though. Take an early pregnancy test to know for sure. I don't know why your back would hurt. That usually does not start happening until the last tri mester.

You don't get back pain until you are atleast in your 2nd trimester. How about taking a pregnancy test.

if you haven't gotten your period yet, it may but you need to take a test and not rely on symptoms because symptoms can be very misleading.
