Yes. My daughter married and her checks stopped. Her father died years ago and when she married the checks stopped. They usually stop after you are out of school. If you are still in school, you can still get the check.

Again not much info here. Social security as in welfare, then yes if your mate has a job.

Social security is usually for people in need. You wouldn't want to abuse this system they always find out at tax time, because your husband will likely claim you as dependant if you are not working and you have to declare your marital status right? even if you file seperately.

If this is due to a disability, depends on your situation talk to your social security councillor.

If you are receiving your SSDI based on your father's earnings, your benefits will end if you marry. Normally your benefits will end when you turn 18; 22 if you are in school.

If you are getting a check because you are a widow - yes. If you have kids and you remarry the answer is no unless the new spouse adopts them.
