King Diamond/Mercyful Fate... Fate basically started the whole black metal genre along with a few other bands like Venom. King Diamond, singer of Mercyful Fate and his self named solo band, was the very first to wear corpse paint makeup.
Cradle... Those banshee vocals of Dani Filth make me laugh sometimes. Good music, but I like to be able to understand what I'm hearing.
Dimmu, again, can't understand his singing much of the time. Kinda too bad they got a horrid response from the audience at Ozzfest when I saw them. They stormed offstage pissed before thier set was even over. Can never tell if I dislike them or if they are alright, think I like Cradle more.

Neither I'm afraid. It can only be the mighty Satyricon. They might not be that heavy compared to Dimmu Borgir or Zyklon, but they're brutal as fuc k live.
