Chris Packham. His voice is a little squeaky but he is a first rate natrualist and presenter. He used to be on the Really Wild Show but now he does more grown up stuff.

Going back into the past (70's-80's) I remember Johnny Morris had a programme called 'Animal Crackers' where he used to make the animals speak with his own funny voice!
