To begin, let me quote Homer Simpson; "Just b/c I don't care, doesn't mean I understand." B/c you mis-spell a word or two is not a reason to feel less than adequate, many ppl mis-spell. Albert Einstein was unable to come in at the right time in his music class b/c he couldn't - or didn't care to - keep track of where he was in the piece. "nuff said! Start by reading The Mind Race by Russell Targ, author, physicist, and research contributor at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), and Keith Harary, author and ad-junct fellow to Maimonides Medical Center, Duke University, and the American Society for Psychical Research. It's an older book but well worth finding. You can also research info directly from SRI, the US Library of Congress under the heading Project Stargate, CIA, (no bull! I mean the C.I.f***king A!! they've been doing it for over 30 years!) and Omni magazine has articles about this in archives. Happy hunting!

Make the effort at all times to be present to all the events and circumstances of your life.
A few examples:
Be aware of your feet on the floor right now.
Be aware of the edge of your computer monitor as you're looking at the screen.
Notice colors as you walk down the street. Try red one day and blue the next, then green and so on.
You might wonder how that would develop psychic powers. Well, I don't think you can develop them directly.
But, being present to your life develops an under-used part of the nervous system and this in turn increases your psychic powers.

Everyone has psychic powers. How come psychics have them in the first place? They are human beings with minds, just like you and me. If they have psychic powers, so do you. The only difference is that some people KNOW HOW TO USE THEM, whereas a lot of the population are 'asleep.'
Get hold of the book BE YOUR OWN PSYCHIC by Sherren Mayes (all good bookshops, book websites). It is a pretty good guide to developing your psychic powers.
If you feel you have them, then go with the hunch. It probably means you are ready to access these faculties.

Developing psychic powers can be dangerous, you know. I tried doing it because I believed I was receiving messages, but couldn't really understand them. I thought that if I would open up psychically to the messages, it would give me a clearer picture.
To my utter dismay, I got "visitations" by some very scary spirits. One even was fondling my body. Either I am a psychic or a psycho, I am not sure which, but these occurrences felt very real to me. I decided to "close up" and not accept any messages. No more "visitations.
I feel bad that I cannot explore my psychic possibilities, but I don't have any more terrifying experiences.

Not everyones had the perfect upbringing that dee has had, thats why people sometimes have bad spelling, or is it just lazyness?
Try Meditation, breath in the good and out with the bad. Do things you wouldnt normally do, start helping people more and just talking to strangers. Try to resolve past emotional problems in your life, anything that opens your mind will help!! Were all here for just a few years, how can you make the most of it, how can you change the world in your short time here? Lets do it !!

give up, they are only given on tap to prophets.. Somtimes psycic moments do happen to average people,I don't know why.. the only time I've seen someone who has passed on was when I was 7yrs old and I heard him say good bye. We didn't know he'd died (he was on the Indian sub continent) until seven days later exactly. He walked away from a car crash, collapsed and was robbed and lay unidentified in a mortuary for 3 days before his family were able to find him.... He was a lovely man I really liked him...

There is a little paperback book by this exact title.
The best way however, is to innocently introduce it into childsplay when kids are young. Like by playing guessing games and concentration games.
It is a natural ability that is best learned in youth.
Either that, or you could have your third eye opened? That's a bit scary though...

You can no more develop psychic powers than you can develop a third arm.
Psychic powers are a fantasy believed by weak minded people who would rather believe blindly than accept the truth.
Just because you think your psychic doesn't mean you are.
