The Deadly Viper Gang killed the entire wedding party except the Bride (obviously).
The Bride killed GoGo and The Crazy 88 and the orderly at the hospital and the sicko trying to haved sex with her while she was in a coma.
O-Ren kill Boss Tannaka (?) in the meeting.

Sure that was a very tough bride. She even escaped from the grave! (which is absolutely impossible by the way...)
Lots of Chinese guys got killed but it's difficult to distinguish between the ones who lost arms, legs or other body parts and the ones that really got killed...
Almost everyone gets killed and lots of blood is spilled.
Well, I think in the end what really matters is 'who kills Bill' as that's what the movie's all about... And the bride kills Bill, obviously (everyone knows that). But the 'way' is very cool, very original actually. She should teach me that karate move which kills a guy from the moment he takes a few steps... Will come in very handy...

the bride kills or maims all but one of the crazy 88. the boy at the end that she sent home to his mother while beating him for f*****g with the yakuza. kills Gogo and maims Sophie.

i know the Bride killed most of the Crazy 88, but there wasn't really 88 or them. but if you watch the deleted scenes Bill kills like three other people in one of them who challenge him in the streets.
