my problem is that my pc can't write a message in arabic only for my yahoomail where it does in other yahoomails where other pc's operate normally with my yahoomail. The arabic letters appear as numbers or letters in english with no relation with the knob pressed.

You will need the arabic plug in. Most business machiens don't install these as a matter of course. You can get any language plug ins at Microsoft.
