Look on the companies' websites...they are usually listed in About Us or Contact Info.

I have not seen a specific website listing this information, but have found it by "Googling" the company name and 'executive officers' before.
This usually pulls up company links to the latest information and, often, contact information as well.

www.hoovers.com (but its a paid subscription). Good information on executives, who is on the board, company background, etc.

Easiest thing to do is to go to each company's website. You'll find it there. Look for Annual Report

Most sites that you can look-up stock quotes contain this information -- try bloomberg and e-trade and put in their stock symbols -- you can search etrade for stock companies.

Private companies you'll probably have to go to their web sites individually.

Go to www.connexiti.com. You have to purchase membership though but it has impressive details about most of the companies in USA and soon worldwide.

www.fortune.com should do it. Fortune magazine does reports every year on this very subject.
