We had sent his parents a pink & blue bouqute of flowers with little booties attached to the vase and the card read can't wait to meet the worlds best grandparents and it had a pic from the ultrasound in it too.
Time before that we had taken the ultrasound pic into Wal-Mart and had them put it on a cake and took it over to their house that night for dinner.

3 Yrs. ago- we gave my parents a homemade "Happy Grandparent's Day card".... just a thought. You can sign it from "the smallest, youngest grandchild who can't wait to meet you".
