To start with you are in the wrong category for this question.
You make friends with girls the same way you make friends with anyone. There is no difference. There are a lot of dating sites on line that you can practice with and you really should.
I am not aware of any free ones however so you may want to look for that.
If you have to ask this question, aside from it being in the wrong category, it tells me you are pretty young. Try setting yourself up on some form of Instant message portal and if you make you sound interesting girls will get with you.

Easy. Don't ever take what they say as facts. Their primal emotion is fear over facts. They will say anything if they are scared. Then they feel bad because their emotions took over that they lied. So be forgiving and understanding and take what they say as truth relative to the situation it was said. There is no better advice...
