Whenever I am on internet/web, windows installer keep appearing on the desktop. How can I stop it appearing?

domicile windows defender is a chew of crap that hogs memory and does not artwork nicely. i'm getting by without firewall adn a periodical virus test. Plus i take advantage of a WOT addon to firefox that tells me the risk-free practices of hyperlinks i bypass to.

GO TO MICROSOFT .COM AND INSTALL THE UPDATES THIS IS FREE AND WILL STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING
