Try using Ice Cubes by pressing them up against the gum until it becomes Brittle and breaks off, then use a spot remover to vanish any other traces.

Get a can of "canned air" like air duster or something similar from wal mart electronics section. Turn the can upside down and spray the gum until it freezes. It should come right off, but be carefull the gas coming out is very very cold!!

Try some Goo Gone. It works well at getting gum out of most things.

It's been said before, but I want to say again... ice really does work! I just got gum off of my daughter's new shirt for school about 5 minutes ago. Just rub it on and scrape it off!

The ice cube really does work, I tried it on a denim jacket that had a huge wad of gum on it. It takes patience though to pull it all off but its gentler than cooking spray. I haven't tried peanut butter but my mom says that does work pretty well. Hope you can get it off! :)

When I was a kid my mom would put clothing items (was mostly nightgowns) in the freezer. The gum would get hard and you can crumble it off the material.
