were ca I go to unload a video- card or whjat ever is needed to watch video that is in my e- mail box

Video's are program specific, though Quicktime and Windows Media Player do pretty good with most formats.
Save the video FROM your email to your Desktop and then double click. An associated program should start and show you the video.

You just need a program to view the video files in. Windows Media Player comes with Windows and works fine for most file types. AlShow works better in my opinion, so if WMP doesn't work for you, try that.
