Some big guy was talking and pointing to the air . J Lo was tilting her head looking like "whats going on ???" . I am asking because I saw a short clip and the sound was muted on my TV . What was going on ?

I haven't seen the clip, but it was either Sixx or Brooklyn, professional awards show-crashers. They started with the Grammys and one or the other has pretty much crashed every awards show in existence. Sometimes they makes it to the stage, sometimes they don't. At the 2006 VMAs, they made it.

some random guy got on stage at the VMA awards, and started saying weird things like "MTV didnt want to give me a show" then he got booted off the stage.

i kinda like it when they crash shows, they dont mock the celebs and they advertise in cool fashion. + its just funny too see them get kicked out
