In my opinion, inter-racial dating can set us free from lots of ignorance and bias. It allows us to peer into other people's culture's and just think about how good bi-ra kids look

I agree with the good looking bi-racial kids, there are some really beautiful people out there who have multi-racial backgrounds. I have no problem with inter-racial dating.

I myself am the product of a white mother(german, swedish, dutch,Italian) and a black father. So obviously i don't take much issue with it. And since I am in no way attracted to black men I suppose I must definitely agree with interracial unions.I was adopted and I was raised by a white family in a white suburb in a predominately white Christian school. And although back in the early 90's (I am 18 now) I still got labeled as just black I have found being bi racial to work to my advantage. People seem to be more open minded now that I am not just black but black and white. And pluss I believe growing up the way I did I believe I have a very interesting objective point of view.

We are all people. Inter-racial dating and marrage should not even cause people to blink an eye.

The fact that it does bother some people is just evidence that we have a long way to go. People did, after all, evolve in small clans and families that thought they were superior to others. Prejudice has been bred into us that way, but we can overcome it.

you had me until you started talking about bi-racial kids. This debate regarding interracial dating has been around and will be around for ever. People fall in love and shouldn't have to bear the load of society making it a statement, it's love, period. And i've seen some pretty ugly bi-racial kids, so stop feeding the stereotype.

No one should date anyone to prove their moral and political superiority. If you happen to meet an excellent person of another race, who can support a loving marriage, yes, but don't be stupid and mix social experiments with dating and kids and marriage.

Thers a lot more important stuff going on in the world than who's with who. Eventually the human race will all be more or less one color, one ethnic 'earthling ' look. It won't matter anymore.

Don't care. Shouldn't matter. Very few people are 100% anything.

I long for the day that it doesn't matter...and to me it doesn't.

One day the world will be filled with beige people...

It won't win the best answer award, but to me its really that simple...
