I just started working and my employers son will not keep his hands off my butt and even was so bold to touch my breast (on my first day) I told him to stop it or I would knock him out but it only stops for a day or two, I havent told my hubby cuz he would kill him what should I do and I have told my manager,Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What you do is keep telling others until you get the result you deserve or better yet, I would go to the police because what he is doing is of a sexual nature if he doesn't stop once and for all.
You have a right to work in a environment free of sexual harassment and since you have already warned him, I would let him know stop now or deal with the law enforcement.
I would also tell my hubby to let him know in case something serious comes out of his actions.
Say he turn the table and start saying your coming on to him and your husband find our through rumors, it would make your spouse look at you suspect also even though your a innocent victim of sexual harassment so again, I say take very serious actions to stop this violations of your rights from turning into something bigger than it already is.
You might want to invest in a small tape recorder.

Are you just plain dumb or what? Sexual harrassment is what's occurring. If your boss does nothing it becomes a hostile work environment. You address this with your boss. Son or not. If he does nothing go to the state Human Service and Equal Rights Commission or branch in your town or city. That'll get it out in the open quickly. Of course, if you do nothing and put up with it..well...you get what you deserve.

Since he is illegally employing you as cash labor, I would simply make a phone call to the IRS and report him. Make sure you have another job lined up, because he will probably be fined and/or put out of business. This would solve the situation of having to tell your husband and prevent future employees from enduring the same problem. "Honey, the place I work at is going out of business. I need to find another job."

Honey I would tell my husband and quit my job and file for sexual harassment. You can always find another job. And if you don't tell your husband what if he finds out by walking in and seeing then how will you explain it to him. That job is not worth letting someone feel all over you. File a harresment suit againist him. Yes because he is the boss's son that does not give him any right to do that. If you don't take some action now he will do it to someone else.
