We should all have a peaceful world. And there will no longer be the creation of money, because the devil made money to stress us out more. Anyway, NOONE is going to be king/queen of the world because that's Gods place. He's the king of all creations including us.

The title, I think 'King' would be a bit excessive - and people might ask me to sing Elvis songs.
I think His Grand Excellency, The High Emperor of Terra, Lord Dale.
And I'm not 'High' on weed - before someone comments.
Though that title will only come into effect when my dominion extends over the entirity of the earth. For now you may refer to me as simply His Grace, Lord Dale.

1. Racism, including against different religions would be punishable by death
2. Taxes would be a percentage (like 5%) of your net worth so the poor people would not get fleeced while the rich get richer
3. I would try to come up with a language everyone could speak everywhere

One serious thing I can think of is that environmentally sustanable policies would suddenly be a very huge priority. If I ruled the world, I would want to keep it around for a long time :)

I'd put everyone on some good sleeping medications--I think that if everyone just got a solid night's rest each evening, we'd all be sensible and the world's problems would simply disappear!;)

I'd get rid of racial classifications like "Caucasion/White, Black/*****, Bi-Racial, Mulatto, etc." because they are just based on the color of your skin or worse, the amount of African blood or lack there of that you have in your family tree. Identifying with your country of origin or culture like Irish, African-American, Latino, Hispanic, German, etc. would still be okay though, because I think it is okay for people to be proud of their heritage as long as it is not to the detriment of someone else.

Legalize marijuana, in fact, grow it in every home. It'll be the new advil.
Women would bow to me so I could look down their shirts.
Isolate people I do not like to one small island. They won't have enough resources to even think about rebelling against me.

of the world? gooosh never thought of that before. omm id band religons. people are intiled to have a religon but religons screw everything up. lets live on mutual understanding, striving for the greater good! kay people? ooo id also stop pollution and make it mandatory for large citys to have giantic air purafyers to rid city polution.
