It's a wonderful commercial and the music is great:
It's called Tig a Tag - on MINIMILISM 2, CAV CD207

First Blackpool is shown and a Wurlitzer in a music hall as a carpet shows Britain's Cleaner on it, then a boat is outside a home and on the oven on the boat the words Britain's Cleaner is shown. Next Albion Rovers Football Club is shown and on the bath in the changing rooms the words Britain's Cleaner can be seen, in a library the books are being dusted and one book is called Britain's Cleaner. Finally a remote home is shown and on the tap is the words Britain's Cleaner is shown.

For the last song, I can't find any info about the song that sunshine25 says about. Is that the album it's on? A few web searches for it bring up nothing! Just to make this more on topic, one of the other tunes is the captain pugwash theme.
