I'd say anything that suits her personality - I have a skull and cross bone on my foot, I like it because it's not obvious, and not traditional fairy or flower, plus if I don't want to see it I can put some socks on. But it's not exactly what you would class as cute (but then again I'm not 'cute' so a cute tattooo wouldn't suit me)
However my friend has a tiny butterfly on her hip, and another friend has two swallow outlined on her wrist which are cute.
So the cutest tatto is one that suits her personality and is subtle... or none at all.... I personally hate the large tattoos across girls lower back/butts affectionately know as tramp stamps!

Depends on the girl. Some girls can totally pull off tats, but some look like they're trying to hard. IMO, everything on this page is horrible and tacky. What do you want a fairy for? What does that mean? Of a flower? You a botanist?
Get something that means something to you, to who you are or what do you. And if you don't want it to be huge, get an outline, maybe a filled outline. Simplistic.
The small of the back has been done to death ("Oh, look at me in my low-rider jeans...") but the inside of the wrist is quite quirky.

I love tattoos but no-one can tell you what to get, it's a personal choice. There is some really great tattoos out there, have a look on the web if your undecided, try www.tattooartists.org they have loads to choose from. I personally love butterflies and fairies.

one that washes of i nthe showers. tattoos are supposed to represent something important about the person. Getting a tattoo just because its cute now will only let to regret in a few years. tattoos are for LIFE no just for youth. Do you honestly want to be a 60 year old grandmother with a saggy wrinkled butterfly for tweety bird on your back?

I've got two stars at the extreme small of my back and I'm having a protective symbol done on the back of my neck. If the girl's got the attitude to be confident with her body-mod then that is mad cute.

Whatever she likes that reflects her personality. Originality is good!
I love elephants, so I got two baby elephants in love. They are sitting down facing each other with their trunks in the air with 1 big heart just above them midway between the trunks and then one heart a little lower on each side.
I designed it myself and people love it cause it's so different, not too big and suits my personality perfectly. It's right in my lower back.

A little man with a lawnmower and a sign saying 'Keep off the Grass' right above her muff. And if she shaves a small corner off and dyes it green thats the clincher

None. A woman is more attractive in her natural state. No marking on her body whatsoever. The same goes for dyed hair and colored contacts. Why change what you were born with? A person is more beautiful with what god gave them and not what they think God should have given them. Be happy with what you look like and stop trying to please sexiest men.
