You will pay less for insurance on a truck then you will a car. If I wanted save some money on insurance that's the way I would go. Besides, girls always needs a guy that has a truck to help moved them from one place to another.

I've got both, an older Ford Diesel Truck and a SVX. The truck is big,loud, and guzzles diesel like an airplane. But when I need to move more than groceries, say a washer or a friends car, it's no problem. The SVX is fast, fun, and sexy, and it barely holds two week's worth of groceries anywhere in it. So, ask yourself these questions:
Do I haul friends or do I haul freight?
Would I rather spend $60 in gas a month or $600?

Well a truck is going to cost between 60-100 dollars to fill once a week so if you can afford the gas, get a truck.
