Why is it that black famous men like o;j simpson and tiger woods and others have wife wifes and girlfriends,when they can have their pick of beauiful smart black women?Is it because white women will take the s-h-i-t they hand out,and black women won't? I see these white women on the maurey show on t.v with black boyfriends or husbands,that cheat on them and abuse them and they still stay with them.Do they have a death wish these white women?Look what happened to Nicole Brown o.j's wife. Women may be smart but they have no ******* common sense period!

cbmaclean and you foolish are indeed acting foolish with this question. Come on! This is silly. If they are on the Maury show then they already have problems, right? The Maury show is not the place to take a sample of mixed raced relationships, nor is the Jerry Springer the show to take a sample on any relationship or way of liffe!! These shows are for entertainment and the only people they can get come on, or who they even want to come on is people who are poor and were not taught how to behave of live life respectfully. Many of these poor folks(by poor, I don't mean money wise) are simply uneducated, damaged individuals who grew up in seriously dysfunctional homes. You just can not take those who appear on these types of shows as a representitive of any race or sex. The behaviors of these folks is sad, tragic, and not to be made fun of as the pain if very real.
Now, back to this black men prefer white women. I have read many studies regarding this. Studies of black men who try to explain why they prefer while women over black. Though why limit yourself to one type of person is beyound me as there are many many wonderful people of all races. These black men state that black women attempt to walk all over them and take away their manhood. That many black women come on way too strong and end up acting like men. This turns them off so they say. These men state they don't like living in constant strife and this is what they found when they dated or had relationships with black women.
Regardless, this is about racism this question. I do not support racism in any shape of form. If somebody falls in love with a person, their race should be the last thing considered. Love, real love trancends race and color. I suggest you begin taking your own inventory and stop looking for reasons to hate others. Life is about growth, learning to accept others is growth. Hate is the opposite of growth, it sucks a persons life blood and stunts any possible growth of the spirit.
Focus on your own personal and spirtual growth and let the anger over what you perceive as an injustice fade away. Nothing in this life is fair, and we can't change anybody but ourselves. If we focus on what is really important, which in my opinion is finding an ability to accept others even when we don't agree with them, finding what it is which satisfys our own spirits and allowing ourselves to forgive transgressions is the way towards real happiness and peace. When we forgive we forgive for ourselves not the one we are forgiving. When we keep anger and hatred alive we are only hurting ourselves not the one we are angry against nor the one we hate. Our anger and hate has little if any impact on those it is directed towards which leads it to turning inwards, which poisons and consumes our happiness and lives.
I am sure there are those who allow themselves to be treated poorly regardless of the color of their partner who is dishing out the abuse. I know for a fact our batterd women's shelters are full of women of all colors with husbands of all colors, as I have worked in these institutions. I also know that drug and alcohol addiction leads to abuse and those addicted are from all walks of life, without regard to race, color, creed, religion, age, sex, socio-ecconomical situation. We all are affected by abuse in this nation, not just the abused and the abusers.
I also know there are many loving inter-racial marriages in which both partners treat each other with great respect, honor and love. If we come from a dysfunctional background we tend to become dysfunctional. However, it is up to each as an adult to choose to carry on the cycle of dysfunction or to seek out a different path for themselves and their children, thus breaking that cycle. It may take a few generations to completely break the cycle but it IS a person choice each adult makes on his/her own. I strongly suggest we, as humans, seek what is kind, caring, non-judging and beautiful in life rather than that which is ugly and hateful.

I sincerelly hope you will be able to see the error of this statement you have made, see how racist it truly is, how unfair to judge all by the actions of a few, and work dillegently to learn the truth and become less consummed with anger and hurt over what you perceive as an injustice. It seems pretty obvious its a status thing, and white women rate higher up the ladder than black women....not in my books...Byonce has no equal in my opinion...but its true...Black guys like nice fancy cars, but will live in a dump also...its all show with many of the brothers....a good looking blonde rates high with those boys, and you are right, it amazes me to see so many single white mothers raising little black kids on their own....there is alot of generalizations here, but fatherhood is not the strongest point with Black guys....lets face it..And Black guys are cool...and the white chicks who like to live a little dangerously like that...us white honkeys are kind of boring...not to mention the big wad they carry...it is not a myth....according to what I see..

I think that its not as simple as that. I do think that at times, black men just want to see whats different and get themselves caught up. But at the same time, there are lots of women....black or otherwise, that are just selfish as hell and dont bring anything to the table that they are trying to take from. I think that the women that are doing the complaining should spend more time trying to make sure that their man is pleased...not just sexually either, and then they would have a man that wants to please them and wont feel the need to see whats better out there or what the differences are.
