Awhile back when I when I was really stressed out and there were a lot of obstacles in my life, I got to a point I were I had to stop and look at my self and question is this who I wanted to be.

I stopped and thought about what values are important to me, what makes me who I am, what I admire about the people in my life, to try to be a person I want to be.

I have let other people influence who I should be, it did not make me happy.
