Yes. Hymen can be ruptured because of various actions even without the knowledge of the girl. Cycling, running, swimming are some of the very common things that will rupture the hymen.

It's a myth that if a girl doesn't bleed then she's not a virgin.
It's made worse by the belief of some religions, that the elders have to see blood on the sheets on the first night of marriage, and if it doesn't happen then they can have the marriage annulled and label the girl a whore (also some families have been known to kill the girl for damaging the families honour). It's bad.

Not all girls bleed when the hymen is broken. In addition, tampons and certain sports might have caused earleir bleeding. It is a ridiculous test of virginity.

Lots of girls don't bleed the first time. The hymen can be broken by tampons.

yes i was a virgin and didnt bleed on my first time it can b broken by tampons / horseriding etc before a girls first time
