Go to a book store and buy the book

What to Expect When Your Expecting

Its a great book that will cover all the topics on a month by month basis it tells you what to expect for labor and delivery and newborn care too. This book is so informative and easy to read. I read it and loved it - anytime i had a question i could just look it up in that book.

Good Luck!

Get the book everyone listed above, it has alot of good information. As well as sign up for some websites that will send you weekly emails about your pregnancy.
Relax, and enjoy the learning experience. Don't panic at everything you hear or read. Every pregnancy is different, and though you may share some of the trials of pregnancy as others, your pregnancy may be completely different in other aspects.
One piece of advice, arm yourself with really good information. READ, READ, READ up; so when those horrible folks come you and want to tell you horrible scary things that absolutely hold no merit what-so-ever you can shoot back at them with knowledgeable information.

Buy the books, "What to Expect When your Expecting," and "What to Expect the First Year." They're great resources. You usually can pick them up in a thrift store. The "What to Expect the First Year" was actually given to me at the hospital when I delivered.
Good luck. Kids are great! (A lot of work, but so much fun too.)

alot of ups and downs. regardless if the fathers goin to be around or not, or says he will prepare ur future with only u and ur child in mind. dont base any decisions u make thru out this pregnancy on the father. get an appt set up, contact ur health provider to make sure all ur maternity needs will be covered and what deductibles u will need to pay, if u dont have health insurance contact ur county to get on some state help, get on WIC, get prenatal vitamins from ur doctor as soon as possible, and keep an open mind thru out everything and aspect changes and things to occur that u didnt read in the pregnancy book or heard from friends or family. get in touch with ur friends and mother for support. and when ur down try to find something to make u happy again and try to stay stress free.

I would go to www.pregnancy-info.net. I get all my information from there. I am almost 3 months, and they have week by week information on how you and your baby are coming along, and this to except during pregnancy. There is also forums there where you can ask other pregnant moms questions that you might have. Hope this helps. And congrats!!!!!!!!!!

Don't be scared. Billions of women have had billions of babies before you. Make sure you get proper prenatal care and read some books on pregnancy and childrearing.

well expect to gain weight!!!!that the number one thing.and my advice to you will be get all the sleep you can now.alot of people told me that and i was like whatever, but when i gave birth i was like man i should of listen.there really not much to it just take it day by day,and try to not carry anthing heavy.the worst part is when your opening to push the baby out ,once that happens the baby just like pops out(but that process takes alond time)i was in labor for21 hours.so just walk alot so your labor can go faster. good luck and God bless
