If you have taken the pill exactly as prescribed, and have not had any sickness or diarhhoea then you could be ok, but I would recommend using a barrier form of contraception (condom) or abstaining from sex until your next period, just to be safe.

(PS remember that oral contraceptives do not protect against STD's)
