Yes it does. Here is an exploded view of the fuel tank. The petcock assembly is near the rear of the tank on the left side.

Only if it is NOT a fuel injection.You can look under the left side of the tank to see if there is one.The petcock has 3 positions "Off","On" and "Reserve".There should be abbreviations for them.

On the left hand side near bottom of tank. Side is off, down is on, and up is reserve.
