I have been dizzy none stop since last night, if i stand up and close my eyes I almost fall over...I am 22 weeks

He is still moving regular, and i dont feel any different besides the dizziness

You should see your doctor and tell him what is going on. There are all kinds of complications with pregnancy.
Being dizzy alot can be a sign of diabetes and or high/low blood pressure which are both complications from pregnancy.
So please go to your doctor and tell him/her EVERYTHING that you are feeling so he can do all the right tests.
You could also just not be eating enough or getting enough sleep but only your doctor will be able to tell you.

No, it's not normal to be that dizzy. Some dizzyness and lightheadedness is normal in pregnancy, but not to the point that you are dizzy non-stop.

i had that really bad, I had to stop driving. I am 5 months now and it slowed down. Its ok some women experience this later in pregnancy. its all hormone related

Dizziness as severe as you are describing -- and as sudden in onset -- is a warning sign. Please get to the emergency room if you can't see/talk to your doctor immediately. Take care of yourself & good luck!

Call your doctor, hun. If it's after hours, his answering service should page him & have him return your call. It may be that you have low blood pressure, try eating something & see if that helps. But defintely call him.
