if you dont want to just make twins when you create a family, then there is only a 10% chance that your sim will have twins. if you have the open for business expansion pack, eating cheesecake a lot during pregnancy will increase the chance of twins. also, and this is only if you have open for business, if you type in forcetwins into the cheat menu you will have twins. =]

After making a woman pregnant, slect her and press ctrl+shift+c to advance the cheat field. sort in "forcetwins" (no area, no expenses). while she has her infant, the message will say "there is two new babies on the way". i'm incredibly specific that in case you employ the cheat while she's not pregnant it's going to make her next being pregnant a twin being pregnant.

Every 10 births should produce twins and twins are more likely to produce twins.

Create them from scratch! When creating a family add two kids that look alike! Unless if you want a mother to give birth to twins, then that's another thing...

I think its based on luck.. Im not too sure but i played some character and they got twins... But its really tiring for the mom. I find the nanny are useless.

There is really no other way, the number of babies you have is randomized by the game itself. I would just suggest to keep trying. I always seem to have one set of twins in my families

unless you've already started a family and want them to have twins sorry i don't know. other than that just creat 2sims that have everything the same

Natually on Sims 2 you can only have girls but u have to create your own in the beginning

Nothing works, just have to try many many times, and hope that the game does it for you. Although it happened to me once, by shear coincidense. But that's all I know... SORRY
