I prefer SPF 45 with a touch of dark tanning lotion, but you gotta check to make sure it is waterproof. If its not, its gonna wear off in the water. I like to exfoliate in my indoor swimming pool. Sometimes I exfoliate in the outdoors though, like the beach. (Don't tell anyone) People tell me my exfoliation is off and my spf is sol. I tell them they should try exfoliation with a good spf but they laugh at me. So I just continue to apply my fake exfoliatoration cream, which they, unknowing as they are, pass it off as regular lotion. But guess what, who is laughing at the end of a good day at the beach? When they are nice and tanned? Look at me...I got that nice orange glow. Beat that sun dogs!

Check out www.avonshop.co.uk and get some of their Naturals Body Scrub. They have it in Vanilla and Soya / Coconut and Papaya flavours. It's really creamy, and really exfoliates well leaving your skin like silk. Fabulous.

A salt based one. Its really natural and gives the skin nutrients which it might need because most self tan creams/ sprays/ mousses can dry skin out.

the main suitable exfoiliator that I even have discovered era is using kosher salt and olive oil. yet you could leave out the oil and only use the kosher salt. it works and this is lots greater low-value then sort call exfoliators...and this is all organic.

You don't need to buy a specific body scrub - just use a loofah with some moisturising shower gel on it.
