Ok im a gymnast and i have a high muscle weight and i wanna loose a little bit of weight... My theory is that if muscle weighs heavier than fat, if i loose the muscle it will turn into fat and then il loose the weight. How do i loose muscle in my legs?

Muscle and fat are totally different so one cannot turn into the other. Why would you want to lose muscle and put on fat anyway? The best way to lose leg muscle mass is to do some jogging as this will wear down the muscle.

Only way to loose weight is to eat less, and in ur case working out less. But why would u want to work out LESS? As a women u cannot have very much muscle weight anyway and trying to loose weight by loosing muscle weight is a pretty unordinary. Try what i told u, if u trully feel that ur muscles make u look too musculant.

I'm a gymnast too. When you don't eat but still do gymnastics its gonna burn fat but if theres is no fat(because your not eating) its gonna turn into muscle. a lot of girls at my gym have the same problem. you just have to use it to your advantage.

You can't convert muscle into fat. Muscles can waste if they're not used, but I suggest you speak to your coach about this, they might be able to suggest something to help.
Good luck with your gymnastics hon!

Easy....Try my LAZY diet it works....only downside is you pick up fat and then you have to work out to lose it wich builds your muscles again so either way you gain weight so I stick to lounging on my couch cause it's easier. Hope that helped you in some weird way....

You don't want to lose muscle weight. You should do some cardio to keep your muscle, but just don't build any more muscle, just remain tone.

It's lose, not loose, and I'm sorry but you obviously don't eat enough anyway so unless you want to kill yourself and ruin your chances of ever having children, you need to re-prioritise.
