Tennis, all sports are good but people can play tennis well into their 90', you can't do that with football or even basketball, it is a very healthy sport, one on one, have to have a fit mind and also a fit body. Look at Andre agassi 36 and still playing the tour and still the #1 money winner on the tour! If you don't like singles, well what is faster than doubles, have to have super quick hands!

My favorite sport to play is tennis and vollyball. I also love surfing but I haven't done it in a while but I love to watch the contests whenever there on. I also LOVE watching Nascar racing(GO # 9!) and football (once and a while) too. I know you asked just for 1 but its not that easy.

Reaching for the alarm clock. Tougher than it sounds. A global sport that doesn't get easier with practice. Other favorites include channel surfing.

Sitting on a park bench with a friend and making fun of the people who walk by. No scores are kept, and points aren't even awarded, but it sure is fun to play.

Fencing have been doing for 6 years and enjoy it, great social side as we have been to Russia, France which where great.
