it's not how you feel...it is how she feels and what she is comfortable with. You gave us her measurements, what about her age, bone structure, height and weight.

Why has she got such a big waist, compared to the rest of her? Diet is not going to do it, she needs to be doing waist twists....

Waist twists...plant your feet a comfortable stride sideways on the floor. It's best if you're wearing runners because you don't want your feet slipping. Looking straight ahead, pick an object directly across the room to concentrate on. Hands held up in front of your chest with your arm muscles locked. Twist your upper body to the left, keeping your hips in place and your head pointed towards your concentration point. PUSH your upper body as far as it will go, relax, Push, relax, Push for a count of ten. Turn your upper body back into alignment facing forward, then do the same by twisting to the right. A count of 200 reps to each side is good.

Once you have done these exercises long enough to get used to them, start using your muscles as resistance to the motion you are doing. For example, when you're pushing left, also use your muscles to PULL to the right. This is resistance training and will help tone up your muscles faster.

Using this method, I toned my waist down from 27" to 22" over 6 months.

I'd feel weird. Really weird. I'm a dude.

Seriously, how you feel should have to do more with your mental and emotional state, than your physical stature. Of course, you want to look your best, so if you think (she thinks) she is not getting enough exercise or eating properly then it WILL benefit your entire life, let alone your self esteem to get yourself together. Balance is key in life. Educate. Exercise. Entertain. Be Social. Be alone. Be a friend. Be befriended. Just be.

What difference does it make as long as she's on a normal diet. If she's eating cucumbers and hot sauce drag her twiggy rear into the doctor. If she's just eating right and exercising let her go.

You don't diet to be lean. You need exercise. Give her a burger and tell her to hit the gym.

If she's a girl thats normal all girls don't want to get fat or atleast think she's fat I'm going through the same delema and it's perfectly normal. If she becomes belemic bring her to the doctor or talk to her because your worried. But as long as she doesn't there is no need to worry

Hey it's not about you !!! If she feels she need to lean down then she must be unhappy. As her friend you need to support her and help her out.

its all about confidence you have to be confident about how you look and if she is a teen that is normal most teens are unhappy with themselves they get too caught up in what other people think about them they don't even know what they think about themselves all you can do is compliment her and support her if diet is what she wants that's the key to confidence support
